Q: How soon in advance of my reunion do I need to place my order?

A: As a "rule of thumb" we like you to have your order into us appx. 2 1/2  to 3 weeks before your reunion date. It usually takes from 7 to 10 days to process your order, but we like you to receive your shirts well in advance of your reunion :>) (Your artwork can be done anytime, we don't charge for that and like to get it approved ahead of your order).

Q: Do you have children's sizes?

A: Yes, childrens shirts are the same price as adults and include YXS (2-4), YS (6-8), YM (10-12), and YL (14-16).

Q: Can I have something printed on the backs of the shirts too?

A: Yes, see price chart on the t-shirt order form for the increased cost. (We can add a saying or more wording beneath your
design on the front for no extra charge).

Q: Can I add shirts after I place my order?

A: We will do our best to accommodate you if your shirts have not been printed, however once your shirts are printed any add-ons would have to be treated as a separate order and the minimum of 12 shirts would take effect. (You can always order our "Generic Reunion" shirts for your procrastinating family members :>) or order extra shirts right away.

Q: Do we need to pay for our order before it is shipped?

A: Yes, because each order is custom printed, we need payment in full before we begin printing.

Q: Can I have 1 design printed on my t-shirts and another on tote bags or balloons?

A: No. To avoid confusion and keep your reunion theme unified we need to print the same design for all items.

Q: Are your products guaranteed?

A: Yes. If any of our products are defective in construction or workmanship or not printed per your proof, we will gladly
redo the job or refund your money.
